What EST is — and what we stand for
Elevate Specialist Tuition was established in 2021 and has since grown to support hundreds of families and students across New South Wales. We provide personalised one-on-one and small group tutoring in English and Maths for students from Year 2 through to Year 12 — tailored to each student's individual needs, goals, and learning style.
Our goal is to be at the forefront of education that goes beyond marks. We believe that true learning is holistic — it shapes how a student thinks, communicates, and navigates the world around them. At EST, we don't just help students improve their results. We help them develop as people.
We recognise that the education system can feel overwhelming — for students and families alike. Whether you're navigating school assessments, selective school preparation, or simply trying to understand what support your student needs, we are here to guide you every step of the way. Learning is a lifelong skill, and our role doesn't end when the exam does.
We offer specialist support for families seeking inclusive education pathways, as well as gifted and talented programs — because every student deserves an education that meets them where they are. Beyond academic content, we actively support the development of essential life skills including time management, organisation, and confidence, helping students become more independent, capable learners.

Every EST tutor is carefully selected — all hold ATARs of 90 or above and have achieved Band 6 results in their specialist subjects — but academic excellence is only part of what we look for. Our tutors embody the values of EST and are not just educators, but mentors and role models who genuinely invest in the students they work with.

A Note From Our Founder
Hi, I'm Cathy — the founder of Elevate Specialist Tuition. Over the past eight years, I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of students across some of New South Wales' most academically rigorous schools, including James Ruse Agricultural High School, North Sydney Girls High School, Baulkham Hills High School, and Reddam House. I also assisted numerous students from private and public schools, demonstrating my understanding of how to help all students from all backgrounds and schools.
I am currently completing a Master of Education at UNSW, specialising in Gifted Education, with a strong foundation in inclusive education practices. This has given me a unique perspective on how students learn, the education system — and how the personalised, targeted support can make all the difference.
What drives EST is simple: I created it with the belief that every student has limitless potential that deserves to be nurtured, understood and challenged in the right way. EST was built around that belief, and every decision we make as a team reflects it.
